Request to Cancel Notice to Vacate

Use this form to submit your request to cancel your notice to vacate. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee that you will be allowed to cancel. It will depend upon a number of factors, and it may take a few days for Revolution to determine whether you are able to stay or not. Please be patient while we process your request.

Please note that a cancellation fee will be required, and the fee varies based upon how close you are to your lease termination date. You will not be charged the fee if your request is denied. The following fees apply, based upon the date you submit this request:

• $100 if you submit the request more than 30 days prior to your lease expiring
• $250 if you submit the request in the last 30 days of your lease, but more than 15 days prior to expiration
• $750 if you submit the request in the last 15 days of the lease
