Flexible Payments Request
This form is used to sign up for the Flexible Payments Program that Revolution offers to new residents. Under this program, you get to select when you pay the rent each month, and even divide it up into two or three equal payments if you'd like. Of course, there rent is a little bit higher if you do this, and there is a monthly admin fee to be enrolled in the program. However, many residents find this to be worthwhile if their paychecks come at odd times of the month, or maybe it's just easier for them to pay partial payments throughout the month instead of one big payment at the beginning of the month. Details are located in the form below about the additional rent and admin fee.

NOTE: The more payments you want the rent split into, and the later in the month you want those payments, the more the rent will increase. So when selecting your options below, keep that in mind. Only select more payments during the month if you actually need it.
Example: if you select one (1) payment on the 3rd of the month, the rent only increases by 1%, but if you select three (3) payments with the last payment on the 25th, the rent increases by up to 20%.
