  • Most clients are better off with the Silver Plan; it provides the best balance of price and services
  • Clients who want maximum protection and guarantees for a little more money should select Gold
  • Clients who are primarily concerned with paying the lowest possible fees and who don't mind paying a la carte for additional services may want to select Bronze

Important Policies

The contract lasts for one year, but you can terminate at any time with two full months' notice; please be aware that there is always a small termination fee that covers our costs in having to transfer documents, pick up lockboxes, maintain your records for the legally required 7 years, etc. That fee is $300-$500, depending upon which pricing plan you select on your contract *
Any security deposit for your property must be kept in our state-registered trust account and cannot be sent to you; if your property already has a tenant in place, then the deposit will have to be transferred to our trust account *
Revolution charges a 10% commission on repair invoices to cover our costs of insurance, maintenance software, etc. We get volume discounts on repairs from our vendors, though, so you are typically still paying less than you would have paid on your own *
You are required to maintain a reserve with us of $500 for your first property and $300 for each additional property so that we have funds on hand for any expenses that come up *
Revolution is a pet friendly company, so all properties are required to allow pets unless the HOA or condo board prohibits them; however, Revolution provides a $3,000 Pet Damage Guarantee to protect you from any pet damage *
When a tenant is in place, you cannot go to the property yourself or get your own repairs done; all communications must take place through Revolution and all repairs must be handled by Revolution's approved vendors (although you can certainly get your vendor added to our approved list if they're properly insured) *
In the state of Georgia, landlords do not have the option to not approve repairs while a tenant is in place; if something breaks, the landlord is legally required to fix it; this means we will not reach out for approval on legally required repairs and we will get them done as soon as possible to ensure that you are remaining legally compliant and that tenant satisfaction is maintained; if a repair is optional, or you have several options on how to get the item repairs or replaced, we will reach out to you for approval *
